Welcome to CAMlifestyle’s new website.  This website complements CAMlifestyle Magazine and is designed for those who want to know more about Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM).

There are a large range of treatments and therapies that fall under the ‘CAM’ umbrella.  This site, and CAMlifestyle Magazine too, takes its lead from those therapies based on and around nutrition and diet, adding in other treatments such as herbalism, reflexology, homeopathy and aromatherapy; and how they may help individuals and families take better care of their health in line with their practitioner’s advice.
